It is confusing. One assumes that if a different language is shown as an option to change to then it will change to that language. Maybe I am missing something. As was the case in Vista, Windows 7 will continue to enable the widest range of people across the world to use Windows 7 in their own language using Language Interface Packs. Was this reply helpful? However, I've put my laptop in the retailer from whom I have purchased it and he converted the interface from English into Arabic. I really don't know how he did.
